We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA or Paypal.
Payment is due immediately for confirmation of an order or pre-order. For an online purchase of a Product, the Customer can pay by card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (MasterCard or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is processed by our payment provider Shopify payments. Secure payment in the physical shop is processed by our payment provider IZettle. The transmitted information is encrypted in accordance with standard practice and cannot be read while traveling on the network. Once the payment has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately processed and the amount is immediately debited upon verification of the information. In accordance with the provisions of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable. By communicating their banking information during the sale, the Customer authorizes GRAMMATICAL to debit their card for the amount of the price indicated. The Customer confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and that they are legally entitled to use it. In case of error, or impossibility to debit the card, the sale will automatically be terminated and the order will be cancelled.
No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. GRAMMATICAL retains ownership of the item until full payment of the price by the Customer.
The transfer of ownership of the product to you shall be contingent on full payment being indefeasibly received by GRAMMATICAL.
GRAMMATICAL reserves the right of set-off and/or to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from any Customer who has not fully paid or a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is underway.
VAT and taxes
