Items ordered in France can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in France.
We ship to 40 countries.

International orders are shipped via DHL, or Colissimo, depending on your location.
Please take care when you order all fields in the form of delivery, including their shipping information and specify hours of delivery preference while indicating a landline phone or mobile phone.
Neither grammatical-paris.com. nor paperboy shall be held liable for failure to grant because of an inaccuracy or error in the delivery address.

In general, we will deliver your purchase within 5-10 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

During high season, sometimes delivery might take a little longer. But we work hard to ensure you an Express Delivery in 2/3 days after receipt of your order.
Please note that Express Delivery is for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday and before 10:30 am on Saturday (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Orders placed after this will be delivered within three days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

Undeliverable parcels
If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your home or alternative address, it will automatically be returned to GRAMMATICAL 21 avenue du Maine 75015 PARIS – France.
