No order is complete until you are fully satisfied.
Under Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, If something isn’t quite right, you have a right to withdraw from this agreement and return the Products for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery (the date of the postmark). Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition to the following address:

You shall be refunded by all payment means within 30 days as from grammatical-paris.com’s receipt of the cancellation request and subject to returning the Product. The refund will include all sums paid by you.
We ask that these items are returned without any mark, damage, with their tags attached, unworn and with all their tags attached. Limited prints must be returned with their original boxes. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Please note, for your convenience and to facilitate your purchases, during the Christmas period only, we offer you the possibility of returning your purchase within 30 days.
If your package arrives damaged, or crushed, Grammatical returns the same subject to availability of stock. In this case, send us a photo of your damaged package, followed by your request with the Serial number of the Limited print to the following email address: customer@grammatical-paris.com
How to return
Under Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right to withdraw from this agreement and return the Products for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery (the date of the postmark).
- Pack your garment in the original box (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can). Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely.

- Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
- You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of sending it back to us. The refund will include all sums paid by you. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us.
